JobsLK89 ("we", "our", "the service") is a job vacancy listing service for Sri Lanka, available via our website and Android mobile application. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

Mobile phone number — collected when you register for the service. This is the only personal information we collect. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data.

ජංගම දුරකථන අංකය — ඔබ සේවාවට ලියාපදිංචි වන විට පමණක් ලබා ගනී. අප එකතු කරන එකම පුද්ගලික තොරතුරය මෙයයි.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your phone number is used solely to: (a) create and manage your account, (b) verify your identity via one-time PIN (OTP) SMS, and (c) process the daily subscription charge through your mobile network operator (Dialog, Mobitel, Hutch or Airtel) via authorised telco platforms (Ideamart / mSpace).

4. Information Sharing

Your phone number is shared only with your mobile network operator's official subscription platform for OTP delivery and carrier billing. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any other third party for marketing or any other purpose.

5. Data Security

All communication between the app/website and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (SSL/TLS). Access to stored data is restricted.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Your data is retained while your subscription is active. You can remove your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page. When you unsubscribe, your subscription is cancelled with your operator and your account is deactivated. You may request full deletion of your number from our records via the contact below.

7. Children

This service is intended for users 18 years and older.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
